Jesse McCartney and his wife, Katie Peterson, bring a “beautiful soul” to the world!
On Friday, February 14th, the couple announced a joint post on Instagram to expect their first child later this year. McCartney and Peterson, both 37, shared a series of photos with the theme of Valentine’s Day to celebrate their happy news.
The couple posed in “Mom” and “Dad” monoly pajamas and used their hands to form a heart because of the Peterson’s growing baby. They closed their post with a sonogram photo surrounded by red roses and hearts that were “Baby Mac” and “August 2025”
McCartney and Peterson then discovered the expected deadline of their child in the inscription of their solemn announcement, they wrote: “Our Lil Valentine 🌹🧸 The arrival of 8/8 xo, JK.”
In addition to their post on Instagram, the couple also shared a number of exclusive beach photos with people taken by photographers Anna Sokol celebrating their news about pregnancy.

On her Instagram stories, the singer also chronicized the exact moment when her parents shared their news with the world.

“All right, here we are,” McCartney can be heard in the video while the couple prepares to post their Instagram from one of their phones. “He’ll share with the world soon.”
Peterson, laughing nervously, added, “I’m afraid”, before they pressed the transfer button together, sending photos to see the world.

McCartney wrote a video, “Sharing this news made it publicly! The new chapter, guys.”
In the meantime, Peterson remodeled photos on his own Instagram stories along with the inscription “Mom and Dad”, accompanied by emoji of the heart.

AND Greek Alum and Peterson, who is an actress, tied a knot in Carmel, California, 2021, after seven years of leaving.
On the eve of their wedding, the couple spoke to people and described in detail how they first met at the bar where Peterson worked.

“Somehow I tried to send her conversations,” McCartney said at the time. “I considered her incredibly attractive and I was just trying to charm her, but she didn’t have her. In the end, I left my number on the napkin and said,” You didn’t write your name on it! “And I said,” Oh, of course, she probably got a million tonight. “I had to write down my name on the napkin, and then in the end there was history.”

Peterson continued to share what she loved most about her current husband, saying to the people, “He is simply thoughtful with his time.”
“For someone who is so busy and always on the move, he just has this generous way to have my priority,” she continued. “We simply laugh. I feel most comfortable to be alone when I am with him, which I think is truly a true storytelling when you found your person.”
