The Jonas Brothers’ latest tour included a performance with their dad!
On Monday, Nick, Kevin and Joe Jonas welcomed their father, Kevin Jonas Sr., to the stage in Nashville to perform the Eagles’ 1973 rock ballad “Desperado.” The concert was part of the trio’s massive tour that began in August in support of their latest project titled Album.

During the sweet moment, which fans in attendance shared on social media, Nick, 31, is heard saluting his father, describing him as “someone who literally had at least 50 percent to do with us coming tonight.” As fans begin to scream, he announces, “Please say hello to Kevin Jonas Sr.”
The family patriarch has already joined the band on stage to perform the Eagles classic during last year’s concert in Las Vegas. The band’s current tour schedule includes music from across their catalog, which Nick previously shared with PEOPLE as their “most ambitious” concert yet.

“It’s our most ambitious show we’ve ever done, in the sense that putting five albums together in one night was a challenge that I don’t think we fully understood after we had already put it on sale,” he said. “[But] it’s amazing to go back and now look at the path that brought us to this moment.”
Said 35-year-old Kevin TODAY during an interview in March that the band is at a point in their career where they are focusing on having fun with their music.

“I think we put a lot of pressure on ourselves when we were younger to get everything right,” he said. “I think right now we’re just doing what we need to do to have fun and keep making the music we love, and I think that’s why it works.”
Earlier this year, the band was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for their achievements in music.
