Josh Flagg Closes on Charlie Puth’s $11M Beverly Hills Home in Off-Market Deal: PHOTOS (Exclusive)

A million dollar listing in Los Angeles star Josh Flagg just bought a new luxury property.

The real estate agent and Bravo star bought Charlie Puth’s Beverly Hills home off the market in a deal that closed on Wednesday, Oct. 16, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

Located in the Trousdale Estates neighborhood of Beverly Hills, the property was originally listed in November 2023 for nearly $17 million, according to the Robb Report. The price was then reduced to $14 million in April, before dropping to $11 million. The final price Flagg paid was not disclosed.

The “Left and Right” singer was far from the first celebrity to call the elegant estate home.

Built in 1965, the four-bedroom home was designed by architect Rex Lotery and is known as the “de Cordova House” because it was once owned by Tonight’s show producer Freddie de Cordova and his wife Janet. The home was frequented by the Beverly Hills elite, as well as members of Ronald Reagan’s friends and advisers, known as his “kitchen cabinet.”

His real estate portfolio also includes another property in Beverly Hills that he bought for an unprecedented $9.2 million in 2022..

“I’ve had my eye on this house since I was a little boy. It hasn’t been on the market in almost 60 years,” Flagg told PEOPLE of the house at the time.

He added: “When this came across my desk, I stopped everything and immediately decided to get this home. It’s always been my favorite home in [Beverly Hills] apartments.”

However, he found that the interior of the house was dilapidated.

In an interview with Bravo’s Daily Dish in July, Josh admitted that buying the house “probably wasn’t the smartest thing to do,” but added, “I love that house.”

“I’ll probably buy another house — a turnkey house,” he continued. “I’ll probably keep the house on Bedford and then I’ll build it up. And then when I’m done with that, I’ll either move into one or sell it — sell it for space.”
