Kane Brown is going to be a baby boy’s dad!
The country star, 30, and his wife Katelyn Jae Brown shared the big news in a behind-the-scenes sex-reveal video posted to Instagram on Tuesday.
Before the revelation, the “Be Like That” singer smiled as he predicted their third baby would be a girl. Their daughter Kingsley Rose comes into the room and is told that her parents have a surprise.

“We know if the baby in mom’s belly is a boy or a girl. Do you want to find out?” Katelyn, 31, tells their four-year-old daughter, explaining that they’re going to cut a cake that’s either pink or blue in the middle. The single layer cake had a “What’s the bee going to do?” inscribed with black glaze and had bees and lilies for design.
After Katelyn started the countdown, the parents cut into the cake and were overjoyed to see the blue color inside. The mother-to-be screamed and looked straight at the camera in shock.
Kane smiled, raising his left fist in the air before raising his arms excitedly. He hugged their two-year-old daughter Kodi Jane tightly as the camera panned to a new view of the cake and the words: “Baby boy Brown, coming 2024” appeared on the screen.

The comment section was filled with many congratulations. Musician Dee Jay Silver wrote: “Those were the glasses for me!!!!! I love all of these.” Coffee with Kailey Podcast host Kailey Dickerson commented, “I. Can. Nottttttt. Radford’s future BFF.”
Taylor Lautner wrote in the comments section, “Wow wow wow wowwwwww. His wife, Taylor Dome Lautner, commented, “OMGGGGG!!! Congratulations to everyone💙💙💙.”
Country music star Jason Aldean wrote: “Come on!!! Congrats bro! Girls are the best but I’m glad you got your boy too. So happy for you all.@kanebrown @katelynbrown.”

The couple revealed they were expecting their third child together on Christmas Day. The post was shared on Instagram, including a family photo of them all wearing white and brown combos while sitting on the sofa.
The photo showed Kingsley Rose smiling as she held her baby’s sonogram. The joint post was captioned, “Last Christmas of 4 🎄❤️ Merry Christmas everyone!!”
