Katie Holmes Channels Joey Potter in Casual Puffer Jacket and Monogrammed $35 Tote on a Walk in N.Y.C.

Make room on your fall mood boards: Katie Holmes just served up some more seasonal outfit inspo.

On September 23, the 45-year-old actress was spotted walking down a flower-filled promenade in New York in an outfit that resembled her Dawson’s Creek Joey Potter’s girl-next-door style.

Holmes embraced the unseasonably cold weather in a light green quilted puffer jacket with olive stitching and buttons, as well as a pink fuzzy collar. She wore a coat over a white shirt with a pair of dark wide leg jeans and simple white sneakers.

She also carried a custom accessory — a medium five-pocket Lands’ End canvas bag in Heritage Red. The $35 double-handled bag features her initials, KH, on the front.

The style star also had a drinking glass in her hand. When it comes to glamour, she kept her casual but cool vibes by wearing her long hair down and tucked behind her ears. She also stuck to her signature natural makeup look.

Holmes started dressing fall-inspired earlier this year.

At the end of August, the star graced the streets of New York in a blouse with a mock collar with floral motifs, relaxed black jeans, a pair of mules with a small heel and a black handbag.

While promoting the Broadway revival Our City (in which she currently plays Mrs. Webb) On September 15, Holmes wore a cropped camel button-up sweater, straight-leg jeans, and pointed-toe ballet flats. Over that, he wore a single-breasted Fauvette Petra Blazer, which retails for $2,100.

On September 18, Holmes stepped out in a gray Fair Isle sweater with a colorful cream-red pattern across the chest and upper arms (the piece was similar to another knit style she wore in 2022). She combined the comfortable choice with light blue jeans, leather shoes, a brown brushed leather belt and leather ballet flats.
