Kellie Pickler has officially let go of the longtime Nashville home she once shared with her late husband Kyle Jacobs.
The Tudor-style home first appeared on the market for $2.89 million in November 2023, PEOPLE previously reported. Pickler listed the property nearly nine months after Jacobs died by suicide at age 49 in February 2023.
Property records confirm the home was first purchased in January 2010, just a year before the country singer, 37, married Jacobs. It features four bedrooms and four full bathrooms spread over 4,865 square feet.
The home was sold for $2.3 million by agent Sarah Kilgore of Pilkerton Realtors, according to their official website. It was first listed by Gary Ashton of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Advantage in November 2023, PEOPLE previously reported.
Kilgore has not yet responded to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Inside the house, the living room is equipped with a two-story fireplace. There is also an eat-in kitchen with a center island, a wine cellar and a media room.
Among the home’s many amenities are a three-car garage, a front porch with seating area, a darkened porch located next to the pool, and a spacious yard.

The American Idol The alum and Jacobs first started dating in 2008 and tied the knot in a surprise ceremony three years later.
Following Jacobs’ death, Pickler broke her silence by sharing a statement with PEOPLE in August.
“One of the best lessons my husband taught me was in a moment of crisis, if you don’t know what to do, ‘don’t do anything, just be calm,'” she said. “I decided to follow his advice. ”
“Thank you to my family, friends and fans for the countless letters, calls and messages you sent me,” the radio host continued. “It really touched my soul and helped me survive the darkest period of my life. As many of you have told me, you are all in my prayers.”

She added that an intimate memorial service is being planned for Jacobs in the fall because “that’s what Kyle would have wanted.” Later in September, a “Celebration of Life” service was held at Franklin First UMC in Franklin, Tennessee, where hundreds of people gathered to pay their respects to the late musician.

In April, Pickler returned to the stage for the first time since his death in Walkin’ After Midnight: The Music of Patsy Cline at the Ryman Auditorium.
“I’d be lying if I didn’t say I’m incredibly nervous right now,” Pickler said on stage, according to Rolling stone and USA Today. – This is the first time I’ve been on stage in a while.
“I know he’s here with us tonight,” she said of Jacobs.
