Kirsten Dunst’s son is waiting for Marvel–our surprise!
On Sunday, Dunst, 41, posted a rare photo of her son James, 2, hiding behind Spider-Man’s umbrella on Instagram.
The actress captioned the post, “He has no idea his mom was MJ,” a reference to her role as Spider-Man’s love interest in the original film series. Dunst also gave a shout out to her husband Jesse Plemons, the photographer responsible for snapping this adorable photo.
Dunst and Plemons, who met on the set of the FX hit series Fargo in 2015, have two sons, Ennis, 5, and James.

The Just give alum is usually very private when it comes to her boys.
In August 2019, Dunst brought her then 15-month-old son Ennis to the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his first official public appearance.
The youngster was dressed casually for the date, looking adorable in a blue ensemble that included a button-down shirt and a Los Angeles Dodgers baseball cap, along with tiny pants and white sneakers.

When it comes to her sons getting into acting, Dunst’s kids will have her seal of approval.
In October 2021, Dunst opened up to PEOPLE about her sons at the premiere of the film at the New York Film Festival The power of the dog.
“Look, if they want to be actors, I’ll support my kids in whatever they want,” she said, laughing.
