Kirsten Storms' TV Daughter Wears Her Zenon Costume on General Hospital Halloween Episode

Cetus-lupedus! Zeno is back!

The General Hospital The cast got into character for the Halloween 2024 episode and shared a sweet nostalgic moment between Kirsten Storms and Lily Fisher. Storms, 40, plays Maxie Jones in the show, while Fisher plays her on-screen daughter Georgie.

“Who doesn’t love references? Take a closer look at Georgie’s Zenon: Girl of the 21st century costume and try to tell us it’s not perfection,” according to social media General Hospital published on various platforms including Instagram, X (formerly known as Twitter) and Facebook.

In one of the photos, Storms was standing next to Fisher, who was wearing a replica costume of Storms’ Disney character, Zenon Kar.

First Zeno the film aired on Disney Channel on January 23, 1999 as the fifth Disney Channel Original Movie.

According to the synopsis, the story is set in 2049 and is based on a “curious teenager [who] involved in shady dealings at her home on the space station – and ended up being sent to Earth” to be grounded.

Raven-Symoné played her best friend, Nebula Wade, as well as Gregory Smith (Zenon’s planet Earth crush) and Phillip Rhys (rock star Proto Zo).

After the 1999 film, the franchise expanded with two more Disney films about a futuristic teenage girl — Zeno: Zequel (2001) and Zeno: Z3 (2004).

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Storms reunited virtually with her Disney castmates Rhys, 52, and Smith, 41, for an exclusive interview with PEOPLE.

“They recognize me more by Zeno but I from General Hospital still,” Storms told PEOPLE in June 2020.

The actress, who made her first leading role as Zenon, has been starring in the long-running soap opera since 2005.

“But I think it’s funny, they keep asking me to say ‘cetus-lupeedus’ and I just go with it,” she continued. “I love that this movie has stuck around for so long. And now people are playing it for their kids, which I think is really cool.”

Storms added that her daughter Harper, who was 6 at the time of the interview, is understanding Zenothe story is a bit confusing.

“Obviously she was a little young to understand the story, but she was really excited to see me on TV, because she hadn’t seen me in anything before,” Storms explained, laughing.

“We cleared up some confusion about the fact that I wasn’t really Zeno in real life. She thought that when I left her I became Zeno. But I have to say, she’s much more into Elena of Avalor than any other Disney program. So I just have to get her out of it and get her back Zeno thing.”

All three Zeno movies are now streaming on Disney+.
