The popular Krispy Kreme donut is making a short and sweet comeback.
Customers can get the Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed Donut from Friday, September 20th through Sunday, September 22nd. The seasonal treat has the same glossy look of the original glazed donut, but with a pumpkin spice flavor that “melts your mouth in every bite,” according to a press release.
In celebration of the short reprisal of the donut, a dozen original glazed donuts will be just $2 with the purchase of any other full-price dozen (like PS donuts). In-store guests can get up to two BOGO offers, but online orders are limited to just one. If you’re ordering online or through the app, just enter the code “BOGO2.”
The returning treat may only be around for a few days, but Krispy Kreme has a huge lineup of fall options.
The Golden Harvest Collection was released on September 16th and features four new returning treats – Maple Buttercreme Doughnut, Oatmeal Kreme Pie Doughnut, Salted Caramel Cheesecake Donut and Spiced Apple Filled Donut.

The first of the all-new donuts is the Maple Buttercreme Doughnut, which takes the original glazed donut and tops it with maple-flavored buttercream and fall-themed sprinkles.
The Oatmeal Kreme Pie Donut is another newcomer. This is an unglazed donut with a custard filling that is dipped in a batter-flavored glaze and streusel crumbles. It is topped with a mini oatmeal cookie.

The last of the new donuts is the Salted Caramel Cheesecake Doughnut: an original glazed donut topped with dulce de leche and cream cheese flavored buttercream. The roast is topped with crunchy pieces of salted caramel.
The spiced apple-filled donut is the only returning dessert in the Golden Harvest collection. The sugar and cinnamon donut is filled with apple filling, which is a pie-like bite.
If pumpkin lovers are sad that pumpkin spice glazed donuts are going away after this weekend, there’s no reason to fear. The Pumpkin Spice Cake Donut was released on August 12th and will continue to be available after the donut leaves this weekend.
