Kristin Davis Goes Makeup-Free with ‘Fluffy Safari Hair’ in Kenya Days After Glam Paris Fashion Week Appearance

Kristin Davis loves her wild hair!

Kristin Davis spends time in Kenya on safari, and during her trip, Sex and the city star, 58, shared a photo of the air-dried style she’s embracing while there.

In the photo, she shares her look without makeup and voluminous curls.

“Return of Kenyan hair. IYKYK. Which one do you like better? An elegant hairstyle from a fashion show or a fluffy Safari hairstyle?” she wrote alongside the picture.

By “sleek fashion show hair,” she’s referring to the chic waves she wore with her monochromatic yellow outfit at the Jacquemus show in Nice, France just days before her trip to East Africa.

Fans showed all their love for Davis’ naked beauty, with one writing, “I love Safari Kristin.”

Davis did not reveal why she visited Kenya, but she often visits as patron of the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to help protect the country’s animals.

Back in 2009, Davis found an abandoned baby elephant during a safari in Chyul. Deciding not to leave the baby animal to be found by poachers, Davis and a staff member transported the animal (later named Chaimu) to an elephant orphanage in Nairobi, Kenya.

According to the organization’s website, the actress has been vocal about the foundation and its mission to help save orphaned elephants and other wildlife.

Davis’ beautiful bare-faced selfie was posted months after she opened up about her appearance and aging, especially when it comes to Botox and fillers; she said she got both but later got rid of them. She talked about the pressure women feel to try to maintain a certain look, especially in her industry.

“I think part of the reason is that people are not more open [about having cosmetic procedures] is because such shames are mostly thrown out by other women,” And just like that… said the star Party tonight. “It’s so sad. We have enough problems like this. We shouldn’t be ashamed. Like, it’s a big waste of time, but it hurts.”

She said she accepted that “you can’t help getting old”.

“The only way you can’t age is to not be alive, which is obviously not something I want to happen,” Davis added. “So I just have to talk to myself and try to relax and sometimes I just have to get out of my own head and take a walk.”
