Kylie Jenner supports boyfriend Timothée Chalamet during his big night out in Los Angeles — with her mom, Kris Jenner!

The Kylie Cosmetics founder, 26, and her mother, 68, stepped out on Sunday night to attend the premiere of the actor’s new film Wonka at the Regency Village Theatre, a source tells PEOPLE.

According to the insider, Kylie and Kris entered the theater after the movie’s closing credits.

Kylie and Chalamet, 27, first sparked romance rumors in April after DeuxMoi, a celebrity gossip account, received an anonymous tip listing Kylie as the actor’s “new girlfriend.” A week later, TMZ photographed her Range Rover in Chalamet’s driveway.

A few months later, the two confirmed their status by sharing a steamy smoke in the middle of Beyoncé’s Renaissance concert at Sofi Stadium in September. The outing marked their first public appearance – and the first time fans have seen them together.

A source told PEOPLE on Monday that Kylie is “incredibly happy” with Chalamet and has even hinted at their romance, calling him “her boyfriend.”

Regarding Dina: The second part actor, the insider said he was “amazed by everything” The Kardashians star is “making it” and “especially thinks she’s a great mom.”

“He’s very supportive of her career and she’s very supportive of his,” the source continued. “They both try to attend important events for each other.”

“He is very good for Kylie. Since being in a relationship with him, she seems very content, relaxed and focused. Her family loves him,” they added of Chalamet.

Chalamet plays the titular candy maker in the Wonkaa prequel to Roald Dahl’s 1964 children’s book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory which includes singing and dancing among the cast, including Chalamet.

In a recent conversation with PEOPLE about director Paul King’s family film, Chalamet said Wonka is now his mother Nicole Flender’s “favorite movie” which he has yet to finish.

“I think she saw Bones and all and said, ‘You need to be happier in your movies!’ ” he added, joking about his R-rated 2022 cannibalism film.

“But,” Chalamet continued Wonka“this is a tradition. I come from a musical theater family and this is more in line with the kind of film I would have thought I would be doing 10 years ago, if I had been lucky enough to do it at all.”

“This was so much fun to do. This was unlike anything I’ve ever worked on, I think,” he said.

Wonka is in theaters on Friday.
