LaNisha Cole is celebrating Thanksgiving with her favorite person.
On Thursday, the model and photographer shared a series of posts on her Instagram Stories dedicated to daughter Onyx Ice, 14 months, that she shares with Nick Cannon.
“Grateful for my big baby girl,” Cole, 41, captioned the first adorable snap, which shows her daughter sitting on a wooden bench while wearing a matching floral skirt-and-top ensemble.
She then posted a video of Onyx, who had a big smile on her face as she walked towards the camera. “Going to dinner,” Cole wrote.
Earlier in the day, the mother of one shared two videos of recipes she and her daughter were trying out for the holidays. “Happy Thanksgiving! I wanted a pineapple upside down cake so Onyx and I are going to make one,” Cole wrote in the text, adding the cake and a pineapple emoji.

Ahead of the feast-filled holiday season, Onyx decked itself out for Halloween. This year, Onyx, dressed in two cute costumes, enjoyed the festivities during the weekend.
Proud mom and boyfriend Brian Paul Kuba, sharing photos and videos of the special time on Instagram, showed the little one dressed as both a bee and a cow. “HAPPY HALLOWEEN! 🐝❤️🐄,” Cole captioned the snaps.
In the episode Podcast by Jason Lee in May, Cannon, 43, revealed that of all his children, Onyx is “probably the kid I spend the most time with.”
“I’m with her at least three times a week, all day. But I don’t share that in the media, social networks, [because] it’s not for them,” the Masked singer host level.
Cannon proudly reported, “LaNisha and I have a super-strong understanding and our co-parenting is so solid.”

The multi-hyphenated star went on to explain that the two are sticking to a schedule that works for them at the moment. “If you see me on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, my daughter is right there with me, whether I’m on set,” he said of Onyx.
He added: “I have a nursery in my office. I’m literally going to leave here to make sure I can spend the most time with her – not against all my other children because all my other children, they’re in school, they’re babies as well Onyx — but the fact that I appreciate that LaNisha gives me enough respect to allow me to have, really, as much time as she does.”
Cannon is a father of 12 and shares twins Monroe and Moroccan, 12, with ex Mariah Carey, who he was married to from 2008 to 2016. He is also father to sons Golden Sagon, 6½, and Risa Messiah, 14 months, plus daughter Powerful Queen, 2½, with Brittany Bell.
He also shares twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir, 2, plus one-year-old daughter Beautiful Zeppelin with Abby De La Rosa, as well as son Legendary Love, 16 months, with Bre Tiesi. In addition, he is the father of two children with Alyssa Scott: son Zen, who died at the age of 5 months in December 2021 after being diagnosed with brain cancer, and daughter Halo Marie, 11 months.
Cannon spent at least part of his Thanksgiving with Tiesi, 32, and their son Legendary, appearing in several photos on the Instagram Stories model.
