Lil Wayne's 4 Kids: All About His Sons and Daughter

Kids mean everything to Lil Wayne.

The rapper and record label executive welcomed four children, daughter Reginae and sons Dwayne, Kameron and Neal, with four different wives, Antonio “Toya” Johnson, Sarah Vivan, Lauren London and Nivea. Over the years, Lil Wayne (née Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.) has spent time with his children at sporting events and red carpets and shared his love for them on social media.

“It’s not even a word that matters. Lil Wayne and his then-girlfriend Johnson had a daughter, Reginae, on November 29, 1998, when the rapper was 16 years old. The couple married in 2004 but divorced two years later.

While speaking with PEOPLE in June 2024, Reginae joked that her dad was still “in diapers” when she was born. “Growing up, I always had this thing like I’m not pregnant yet. So I want to date myself 1725910017 and I look at my parents? I’m a little scared,” she said.

When it comes to what she learned from Lil Wayne, Reginae told PEOPLE that she wants to be “nonchalant” like him.

“My father told me to keep that tough skin and not let anyone or anything play with you or make you feel like you’re inferior or that you have to change for the world,” she said.

Reginae attended Clark Atlanta University and has worked as a model, reality TV personality and entrepreneur. Her film and TV credits include Ray J Dear Santa, I need a date, Pride and Prejudice: Atlanta, Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta and TI and Tiny: Friends and Family Crowd.

Eldest brother Carter also serves as a Savage x Fenty ambassador, posing in the brand’s 2020 campaign.

“The first time they hit me, I was like, ‘Me?!’ ” she told PEOPLE in 2020. “First of all, she’s the first person I’ve ever worshiped and cried to. She’s my favorite artist — besides my dad.”

Lil Wayne welcomed Dwayne on October 22, 2008 with radio host Vivan. The rapper’s first son carries both his father’s and grandfather’s names – he even uses the moniker his father used, “Lil Tune.”

Lil Wayne’s middle son, Kameron, was born on September 9, 2009 in Los Angeles. His mother, actress London, dated Lil Wayne until the year Kameron was born — she later had a relationship with the late rapper Nipsey Hussle.

“Cameron is full of soul and a constant reminder of God’s unconditional love,” London wrote in a sweet Instagram post for Cameron’s tenth birthday in September 2019, calling him “my brave boy.”
