Lily Collins Shares Sweet Throwback Photo from Ski Trip with Dad Phil Collins for His 73rd Birthday

Lily Collins celebrates her father’s birthday with a trip down memory lane.

The Emily in Paris star marked father Phil Collins’ 73rd birthday on Tuesday with a throwback shot of the pair on a ski trip from her childhood. In the photo, they are standing next to each other smiling in winter gear.

“Happy birthday dad!” Lily (34), she wrote in the description on Instagram. “Whether on a winter adventure or a clear day on Lake Geneva, you were always my skiing companion.”

“I love you to the top of the highest mountain and to the bottom of the deepest wave. I’m celebrating and hugging you from here BIG TIME…,” she continued.

Colleague Emily in Paris star Ashley Park, who plays Lily’s on-screen friend Mindy Chen in the hit Netflix series, commented: “Skis and smiles ❤️❤️”

Lily, whose mother is US business owner Jill Tavelman, grew up between London and Los Angeles and moved to the West Coast with her mum after her parents divorced when she was 5.

Lily is their only child from the marriage, but she has four siblings on her father’s side.

Last year, Lily honored Phil’s 72nd birthday with a carousel of pictures of the duo posing in similar outfits.

“Like father, like daughter,” she wrote. “Thank you for being a constant inspiration, a constant laugh and a constant legend. I love you so much and today I celebrate you!…”

And a year before that, Lily showed her love for her dad with a photo of her sitting on his shoulders as a baby.

“I may no longer fit in your arms or sit comfortably on your shoulders, but you continue to hold me tight when I need it most,” she wrote.

In 2022, Lily said she rejected the thought of special treatment because of her relationship with the “In the Air Tonight” musician.
