Lisa Rinna is a master of moderation when it comes to healthy living.
The actress and former reality star (60) appears in Cosmopolitandigital edition of “Sex After 60” and opened up about how to stay in shape and how she feels better than ever.
“I was really lucky to live to 60 and be healthy, knock on wood,” she told the newspaper. “I lead a very moderate lifestyle. I have been practicing since I was 16 years old. I live in moderation, although I seem to live very loud and large. I’m resting. I eat mostly healthy food. I am moderate. I’m not crazy about anything. So there is no silver bullet. There is nothing that I am very challenged with.”
“I’ve been very lucky with my health. My body holds up pretty well at this age,” she continued. “People ask, ‘How the hell do you do it?’ Genetics. I have a good genetic base and I got lucky with that. So it’s not that hard for me. And I still look good, so it’s fun, easy, nice. I enjoyed. I present it the way I want. And when I can’t do it anymore, I won’t.”

Lisa Rinna is ‘much more confident’ and ‘free’ at 60 as she bares her nipples Cosmo Cover
Rinna — who wore nothing but a see-through, flashy Machean costume for the magazine’s cover — said she’s “more confident” at her age and that the key to that is “living in the moment.”
“I’ve gotten to the point where I’m a lot more confident at 60 than I was at 30,” she said. “I love this age because I’m freer, more confident and more passionate than I’ve ever been.”
The The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills The star revealed that when it comes to philosophy on aging, her beliefs tend to go against the grain.
“I don’t feel like I’m 60,” she told the magazine, adding that her husband Harry Hamlin, 72, also “doesn’t feel” his age.
“So the number just comes up and you’re like, ‘Oh, f…’ And that’s what I’m always going to fight,” Rinna told the paper. “I’ve thought about it a lot, because I’m just in turned 60 in July, and then there’s this whole thing about aging gracefully.
“And I’m like, ‘F— that. I’m going to grow old embarrassingly.'”
