Meaning: Louis described it as symbolizing his secret ability, skating.
2. Horseshoe tattoo

Meaning: Before joining One Direction, the singer played soccer and had his own team. This tattoo is a tribute to his squad, with a horseshoe representing the mascot.

Meaning: When Louis got a compass tattoo in 2012, he said, “It has an arrow leading to home.” That’s something I miss.” The phrase “UPS!” was the first thing he said to bandmate Harry Styles when they first met. 5. The Screws and The Rogue tattoo

Tattoo: Louis has two small screws on the inside of each ankle, and the words “The Rogue” are tattooed on the front of his legs, just above the ankle, on both his right and left legs.
Meaning: Bolts are worn by all the members of the boy band One Direction, who claim they help them stay grounded no matter how big they get. While Louis’ The Rogue tattoo is an homage to his previous band, which consisted of five male members and performed at school assemblies during his school years.

Meaning: The heart used to be a heart-shaped headphone with the words “Listen to your heart”, but this was covered up when the singer left the boy band.
