Leo Braudy confesses his actions during season 7 Love is blind.

During the Season 7 reunion on Oct. 30, Leo opened up about his time on the show — and the “tantrum” he threw after Hannah Jiles left him in pods.

Speaking about how he put Hannah and his now-ex-fiancée Brittany Wisniewski together in pods, Leo apologized to both women and admitted that he’s been trying to grow since that moment.

“You can see how torn I was about that decision,” he said, before trying to explain the unusual analogy of ordering dinner at a restaurant. “I fought for every second of time… I was so caught up in my decision that I didn’t realize how it was affecting people.”

“I’m someone who likes to be in control,” he added. “And I try to work on being considerate of other people in doing so.”

Addressing Hannah directly, Leo told her, “The way I treated you…the amount of shame I have, the outburst I had…how delusional I was to call our breakup mutual, I’m freaking out.”

“It would be hell to be locked in a dark room and forced to watch that scene over and over again,” he continued. “I’m so, so sorry, you don’t deserve this.”

Leo also apologized to Brittany, saying that his “inability to make up your mind made you suffer in capsules.”

As fans know, after Leo and Brittany got engaged and had their embarrassing revelation, producers revealed that they had stopped following the couple. The two then flew to Miami for a getaway and split up not long after.

Rest is really a key thing in a relationship and we didn’t pass that test, Brittany said, noting that she and Leo became really good friends after the breakup. “You’re traveling together, there’s just some weird stuff where you realize you’re not compatible long-term or romantically.”

We realized that we are better as friends, Leo said. “We talk on the phone for about an hour a day.”

As for life after the show, Brittany said that she is now seeing someone else, but decided to keep the relationship private, while Leo confirmed that he is currently single.

Of course, Leo also couldn’t help but reflect on how he got the roast as he talked about money and his job as an art dealer on the show.

He told the group he had some regrets about it, saying: “I think I went a bit overboard with the money story. I didn’t realize it until I looked it up… if I could do it over again, I wouldn’t have taken it so far.”
