Island of love USARob Rausch took a closer look at his Alabama lifestyle.
The reality TV star, 25, gave internet personality Caleb Simpson a tour of her modest two-bedroom abode in a video she shared on YouTube on August 25.
The video shows Rausch walking Simpson through his trailer home, which sits on a large tract of farmland. The mobile home has two bedrooms, one of which is for dad who “comes and goes”. It also has a fully equipped bathroom, a large kitchen and a living room. During the tour, he discovers that there is no internet access or television in the trailer.
Rausch also shows the YouTuber the grassy areas surrounding his home, including his front yard — said to be perfect for entertaining guests — and his cow pasture.

As Simpson gave a tour of his living room, he talked about his minimal electronic living situation.
“No TV, no internet,” he said as he settled into his chair. “But sometimes I watch Netflix on my phone.”
The cozy room is maximally decorated with framed photos, antique objects and wall sconces. It also has a matching couch that includes a large brown couch and a matching armchair.
As Simpson pushed around, Rausch remarked, “There’s a lot of trinkets here. Are you familiar with the Mongolian singing bowls?” before grabbing one and showing him how to use it.
The rest of the home is furnished and decorated in a similar way. The kitchen has a simple white round table with matching chairs, with white cabinets, stove and refrigerator. During this part of the tour, the snake lover says he keeps a large knife on top of his refrigerator for safety reasons and recommends others do the same.

Later, he let Simpson peek into his bedroom, where there was a desk he had made out of wood. The top of the table is covered in trinkets, including a box he made from popsicle sticks, hot glue and paper clips during season 5 of the reality show.
“I like building airplanes, model aircraft, helicopters, quadcopters,” he said.

During the video, Rausch gave helpful advice to people interested in the RV lifestyle. One of those tips was to “get a carport to go over the trailer because when it rains” things “can get really messy”.
Despite her success on reality TV, Rausch doesn’t see herself buying a house in the near future. “I think if I bought a house, I’d be like, ‘Damn, I kind of wish I was on earth,’ you know?” he said to Simpson.

While it is on Island of love USA season 6, Rausch formed a relationship with Leah Kateb, but later told her he was not sexually attracted to her in a moment that went viral. Kateb, 24, admitted the experience made her feel “so unwanted, so disgusting”, but insists they remain friends.
In an interview with Call her dadshe said of Rausch: “I think he’s so funny. I’m so comfortable with him, but I think we’re good as friends. Just friends.”

Rausch appeared separately on the show and shared similar sentiments. “I feel that she cares about me and I care about her,” he said. “But yeah, after all, like I just did, I think it would be really, really hard.”
In the video teaser tour, Rausch wears his signature denim jumpsuit—a look that Island of love USA host Ariana Madix exclusively told PEOPLE that she tried to get him to get rid of him.
“It’s a lot,” Madix said. “Look, maybe once is fine, but I have a feeling this man just won’t stop wearing overalls.”
