LTIMindtree Salary Increase

Amid a challenging business environment, LTIMindtree awarded some of its employees zero percent raises for fiscal year 2024 (FY24). company staff who spoke to us said certain staff also received 1-2% raises. This is happening at a time when the IT industry is struggling with a series of macroeconomic difficulties. Buyers have become more cautious as a result of factors such as inflation, the imminent recession, and incidents such as the US banking crisis, which have caused a reduction in discretionary technology purchases. The corporation postponed the wage increase cycle, which usually starts in April, to August. Most of the major IT service providers this year including Infosys, HCLTech and Tech Mahindra have noticed this trend.

According to our sources, recent adjustments to LTIMindtree’s internal salary structure were also the cause of the significant drop in increments. In annual compensation packages for employees, the variable salary component has been changed to a fixed salary. One of the employees estimates that the share of variable salary in total compensation is about 8.5%. For example, a company source who spoke on condition of anonymity said that LTI had previously followed an April-March salary increase schedule, while Mindtree had previously followed a July-June salary increase schedule.
