Maluma is not afraid to discuss sexuality with her future daughter.
In the cover of prayer for A player, the Colombian singer (30) revealed that he is expecting his first baby with girlfriend Susana. Noting that being sexy is “something I have in my DNA”, Maluma says she has no plans to hide her sex symbol status from her future daughter.
While there will be a “period” where he plans to fully focus on his family of three, Maluma says he knows the day will come when his daughter learns that “her dad is a sex symbol and that’s what people see.”
When she does, the father-to-be says he hopes it will spark a more positive effect on the way his daughter thinks about her sexuality and physicality.

Maluma shows some skin for A player singer ‘wants to be your dad,’ publication says (exclusive)
Ahead of the 2024 Grammy Awards, Maluma opened up on Hey! Live from the Red Carpet pre-show about how much he had to celebrate: his nomination for the best Latin pop album, as well as preparation for the reception of his debut album.
While speaking to host Laverne Cox, the Colombian superstar admitted that while he’s excited, he doesn’t necessarily feel prepared.
“I’m not ready. I’m kind of nervous to be honest,” he said of welcoming his baby, a girl they’ve already named Paris. “That’s why they say there’s no manual for having children, so I’m just going to learn and see what happens.”
However, he is sure of one thing: “The only thing I know is that I love that baby with all my heart.”
Maluma and his longtime girlfriend announced that they are expecting a baby girl in October 2023. The big news was revealed in Maluma’s music video for his single “Procura.”
The “Según Quién” artist premiered the visual during his final stop Don Juan Tour at the Capital One Arena in Washington DC and we took a seat on stage to watch the fans enjoy the moment. For the first time, fans were able to see some of his more intimate moments showcasing his growing family, as well as revealing the gender of his child.
In December, Maluma shared some cute selfies with his pregnant girlfriend on Instagram, posing together in the bathroom.
In the black-and-white photos, Maluma rests his hand on the girl’s baby bump, and the two wear matching white Calvin Klein underwear.
“Gracias por escogernos 💘,” he wrote in the caption, which translates to “Thank you for choosing us.”
