Mariah Carey makes memories with her children!
On Saturday, September 14, the acclaimed singer-songwriter, 55, shared several photos of herself and her 13-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, posing together on the Great Wall of China in Beijing.
To walk down the memorial with her two teenage daughters — and hug them for a sweet family photo — the “Fantasy” singer stayed glamorous in a black dress, butterfly jewelry, giant sunglasses and heels, which she later regretted, she revealed to X (ex Twitter).

“At the Great Wall of China! Someone should have warned me about the heels 👠,” Carey wrote along with three photos from the outing.
She noted that she would probably still choose style over comfort, adding parenthetically, “not that I would listen.”
Her twins, meanwhile, opted for more casual outfits as they toured the memorial, with Moroccan wearing a graphic tee and baggy shorts and Monroe rocking an Olivia Rodrigo ad on tour.
Carey captioned the same photos on Instagram with the words: “It’s really cool! 🦋.”
Elsewhere in her Great Wall photos, Carey peered over her sunglasses in front of the sprawling monument and threw her arm in the air while smiling broadly.

Nick Cannon, twins Morocco and Monroe wear face-printed T-shirts for 13th birthday: ‘Blessed’
The twins, who the five-time Grammy winner shares with ex Nick Cannon, have yet to document the trio’s journey on social media – they each have their own Instagram account.
However, they each featured their mom on their accounts earlier this year, sharing sweet Mother’s Day tributes to her.
The Moroccan celebrated the holiday with a carousel of retrospective photos and a long message to his mom that began: “Mom, every moment with you is a precious memory. your love and support guided me through difficult and great moments. the warmth of your embrace and your words of wisdom have helped me face challenges with hope.”

Monroe also shared a series of throwback photos in honor of her mom on the special day, but simply captioned her post, “happy mother’s day to the best mom in the world!! 🫶 @mariahcarey.”
