Jamie Otis adds two more little ones to the family!

On Monday, pregnant Married at first sight The alum, 37, shared the exciting news on her family’s YouTube channel that she and husband Doug Hehner are expecting twins.

“I always wanted to be a twin mom,” Otis tells PEOPLE exclusively. “My little sister and brother are twins, but my mom said they were going to skip my generation and go to my kids, so I didn’t expect to end up with twins!”

“After over 3 years of trying, we didn’t think we could be more excited than simply knowing that we were finally pregnant again and that the pregnancy was healthy,” shares Otis. “BUT TWO! We’re excited (and a little scared! Ha!)”

The two opened the video by sharing how “exciting” their “big news” is. The video then cuts to the couple telling Hehner’s mother that they are pregnant. The next clip included Otis coming to Hello My Baby for a 3D ultrasound.

As soon as the technician started the ultrasound, Otis spotted the two sacs and whispered, “Are you kidding me? Oh my God, are they twins?”

The technician then replied, “Possibly.” She then offered to pause the meeting and wait for Hehner’s arrival. But Otis decided to take a closer look and surprise Hehner herself.

When Hehner arrives at the appointment, he glances at the pictures and is surprised. Otis gets another ultrasound to confirm once again that there are two sacs on the screen. The two concluded the video by thanking fans for their support and prayers over the years.

Married at first sightJamie Otis and Doug Hehner are expecting baby no. 3: ‘A little in shock’ (exclusive)

In February, Otis announced her pregnancy with Hehner — whom she met and married while filming the first season of the hit Lifetime series — in another video shared on their family’s YouTube channel.

“I’m pregnant. After three years. I’m pregnant,” Otis said tearfully in the video before switching to her and her husband together.

“I’m a little bit in shock, a little bit in disbelief,” Otis said. “It’s amazing, amazing. We’ve been praying for it,” Hehner added.

“It’s been a long journey to get here,” Otis told PEOPLE exclusively of the couple’s happy news. “But I really believe everything happens in God’s perfect timing.”

The couple are already parents to daughter Henley Grace “Gracie,” 6, and son Hendrix Douglas, 3.

Otis announced the big news earlier that same week, sharing a video on her Instagram with her family of five. “Finally! I’ve been waiting for this for over three years!🙏😭🥳 So excited to share our BIG ANNOUNCEMENT with you!🥳,” she wrote in her caption.

“We are so excited to take you on this new journey with us! Thanks for being here and celebrating with us! We love you!!! 💜 #bestfrans,” she wrote, directing her followers to her YouTube channel.

Otis and Hehner revealed they were expecting again in September 2019, when the mother-to-be celebrated a “viable pregnancy” five weeks after previously losing her son, Johnathan Edward, at 17 weeks pregnant.

They welcomed Gracie in August 2017. Jamie then experienced a chemical pregnancy in 2018 and a miscarriage at 10 weeks in January 2019.

“I thought that having a family would be very easy, and so was my wrong opinion of myself [that] I could very easily have a family,” Otis said in May 2019 on Share your brilliance podcast. “Come to find out, it’s not that easy… and come to find out, one in four women will have the same problems.”
