As well as focusing on protecting her mental health, Megan also knows the importance of a healthy diet, which is why she has changed what she eats in her daily life.

“Eating a healthy, balanced diet is a big part of my process. I’ve been integrating a lot of fruits and vegetables into my meals — I like protein-rich meals and I drink a lot of healthy smoothies — so I’m definitely proud of the adjustments I’ve made,” she explains. “It takes a lot of discipline and consistency, but I try to be extra health conscious with everything I put in my body.”

The “Cobra” artist similarly understands that sticking to a fitness routine and staying active is just as important as eating right and keeping your mental health in tip-top shape.

“Physical and mental health go hand in hand and that’s a big priority for me,” says the Grammy Award winner.
