Sun legend Arthur revealed the pair are ‘now working separately’ after not being seen together for three weeks.

Meanwhile, Ms Bond, the royal correspondent for the past 35 years, also revealed: “Meghan is not popular. She doesn’t want to come back and they are going their separate ways, somewhat.”

The couple spoke in our first Royal Exclusive live show, which you can watch in the player above and on our YouTube channel.

The event was held last night in front of a live audience of more than 100 special guests.

Mr Edwards said: “I don’t think so [Meghan] can come here a lot.

“I don’t think people think too much of her.

“I think it’s struggling with popularity in the UK and I think they seem to be doing things separately now. She has her program and he has his.

Mr Edwards added: “He is now coming to Britain without any problems.

“He came to the Invictus Games, he came in and out without fuss, he came to his uncle’s funeral, without fuss.”

Harry is ‘flourishing without Meghan on his world tour – he doesn’t need her to be happy,’ says expert

Royal commentator Jennie Bond said: “The bottom line is he doesn’t want to come back [into the Royal Family in the UK]I think.

“He considered it a trap. He still thinks his father and brother are captured and finds his way out on his own.

“All honor to him.

“I think Meghan has her own independent style and lifestyle.

“Yes, it doesn’t sit well with people in the UK.

“She’s not popular and I don’t think she wants to come back and so they’re going their separate ways, somewhat.

“But I hope and trust that Harry is very happy in his life.”

This comes after it was revealed that Harry spent the night of his 40th birthday without Meghan as rumors continue to swirl.

The Duke went hiking with friends to celebrate his big day – and didn’t mention his wife, 43, in his birthday thank-you message.

Although sources close to the couple insist Meghan organized the lads’ trip, experts warn it could be a key sign things aren’t so rosy.

Their separate plans, coupled with Harry’s solo trips in recent weeks, have fueled speculation about their relationship.

MORE INDIVIDUALS FROM THE SHOW

MEGHAN Markle has also been branded a ‘diva’ on the show, while Prince Harry has been called ‘deplorable’ over his book Spare.

Jennie Bond exploded: “He was a very silly boy to write Spare, it was sad and stupid. He was bleeding, now we want to move on.”

Meanwhile, the couple said Meghan can’t hack royal life in the same way Princess Kate can – and revealed she was ‘difficult’ with the media.

Sunshine legend Arthur also recalled his royal tours with Charles and Diana – and hinted that Harry and Meghan may be putting on a show like they did before their marriage fell apart.

During the hour-long event, royal experts also discussed the future of the scaled-down monarchy, shared stories of behind-the-scenes meetings with key royals and opened up about Kate and Charles’ battles with cancer.

It was also reported that Meghan pulled out of a charity event in Santa Barbara, California with her husband at the last minute because she was “sick”.

In fact, the mother-of-two has not been seen since September 14 – the day before Harry turned 40.

And, sources claim, during a period earlier this year, she rarely stayed at their luxury Montecito apartment.

Meanwhile, Harry is said to be “whining” alone in a local cafe.

Previous claims last year that Meghan and Harry had been separated for a long time were denied by those close to the couple.

It is said that like any other couple, they have their differences, but they have remained strong.

It comes as Harry beamed from ear to ear in photos taken on his latest trip to his beloved Africa.

But his wife was missing from photos of the Duke with his children and longtime friends at his Sentebale charity in Lesotho.

The Duchess of Sussex has previously accompanied him to the continent, including in May this year.

In fact, the couple traveled together on two major overseas engagements this year.

But it prompted a source close to Harry and Meghan to hit back at the speculation.

The Sussexes’ confidant insisted: “It’s normal for couples not to do everything together.”

The Duke attended a series of events in New York without his wife.

I appeared at an event for the Halo Trust – a landmine charity close to Di’s heart.

Harry was also pictured without Meg during a high-level dinner hosted by the World Health Organization (WHO) in the Big Apple on Sunday.

Their separate appearances also included his surprise TV appearance and tour of the haunted maze on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

And the dad-of-two was snapped out and about for an hour at a tattoo shop in Manhattan.

On Monday, he flew into the UK capital alone and did not see his father the king, nor did he have any contact with his brother, Prince William.

Instead, his time was taken up by paying tribute to seriously ill youngsters at the WellChild Awards at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel.

One attendee said: “He looked like the old Harry we knew and loved.

“He’s always been lively at events like this, but lately he’s seemed rather gloomy.

“He was in good shape, full of energy and seemed quite happy to be alone.”

Meanwhile, Meghan’s personal projects have also been swirling with drama, from her promise of a friendship cooking show to her American Orchard Riviera brand.

The lifestyle company suffered another blow earlier this month.

Since announcing the project, the former Suits actress has yet to release anything other than jams and dog biscuits – products that have so far only been gifted to her A-lister friends.

Meghan also faced a number of obstacles in her start-up, including a ‘struggle’ to secure a chief executive, her team filling out official forms incorrectly and failing to send enough cash.

These problems came with a bitter dispute over the exclusive rights to the name American Riviera Orchard.

However, as a couple, the Duke and Duchess have united in the midst of launching their latest charity initiative – The Parents Network.

It aims to support families who have lost their children to online injuries.

Prince Harry’s visit to a tattoo parlor without Meghan is a major hint that the couple may have separate plans for the future, expert warns

By Summer Raemason

PRINCE Harry’s visit to a tattoo parlor and upcoming solo trip without Meghan are major hints that the couple may have separate plans for the future, according to an expert.

The Duke of Sussex, 40, was spotted at a tattoo parlor on Manhattan’s Lower East Side and stayed for more than an hour yesterday.

It was also revealed that Harry will travel to Lesotho and South Africa early next month without Meghan Markle.

This comes after the Duke attended a series of events in New York without his wife, who remained in Montecito, California.

Their separate appearances, including Harry’s surprise appearance on TV and a tour of the haunted maze on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, have fueled wild speculation about their future together.

Royal expert Hugo Vickers welcomed the upcoming trips to Lesotho and South Africa.

He told The Sun: “I’d rather praise what he’s doing with this, because it’s more open.

“It’s like when he’s doing stuff with the Invictus Games and stuff like that.

“But it seems like a pattern is forming, even these last few days, of him going out on his own and doing things.”

The expert suggested there could be more reasons for the split.

“One thing could be that, you know. He really wants to establish himself more like the old Harry,” he said.

“It could simply be that Meghan Markle has responsibilities with her young children and therefore feels she has to stay at home with them.

But he added: “There’s a separation of, you know, their different engagements, and that he’s going to be more solo, so watch this spot.”

Meghan and Harry have put up a mostly inseparable front since they left the UK and moved to the United States in 2020.

But Mr Vickers warned the Duke may have grown weary of Meg’s presence – and the negativity she attracts.

“I always feel like when she’s around, she’s dictating the story, and he’s kind of very accommodating and just goes along with it,” he said.

“I’ve always suspected that a lot of the things he says in public are dictated by her. So I kind of wonder if she’s trying to assert herself even more in her own right.”

However, the expert hinted that Meghan could still be behind everything.

He said: “It could be that she compliments the idea because it gives him more of a profile and kind of ups his game, so when they go out together in public, they’re more valuable.”

On the future of Harry and Meghan’s relationship, Mr Vickers added: “I personally think it’s very unlikely to end well for [Harry]”.

As for the rumors about their marriage, the expert suggested that they might stay together – to save their image.

“It’s possible they have to stay together to keep their brand,” he said.
