In 2020, she appeared in the movie Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal directed by Desingh Periyasamy. She plays the role of Ameya in Priest (2021) alongside actor Mammootty. The movie was a success.

- Monica’s name “Monekha” was chosen based on numerology. Her father gave her this name, believing it to be a factor in her achievements.
