Mukti Gautam was born on Tuesday, July 12, 1994 (26 years old in 2020) in a small village in Himachal Pradesh. At the age of 10, she moved to Chandigarh with her family. She completed her schooling from the New Public School, Chandigarh. She pursued a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry and a master’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Punjab, Chandigarh (2015-2017). In 2017, Mukti, a fitness enthusiast, started a YouTube channel of the same name to promote a healthy lifestyle. She started guiding people on exercises that did not require expensive gym equipment and simple homemade weight loss recipes. According to her, Mukti wanted to teach people how to cope with their busy schedules, get in some exercise and eat healthy.
