Nagaland NBSE Class 8 & 9 Exam 2023 for Phase 1
Nagaland NBSE Phase 1 Board Exam 2023: Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has released the exam day instructions regarding the conduct of class 8th and 9th board exam 2023. According to the published notification, NBSE will conduct the class 8th and 9th board exams in two phases: phase 1 and phase 2. Phase 1 exam will start in September, while phase 2 will be held in December.
As per published dates, Phase I Exams will start on 21st September 2023. NBSE Grade 8 & 9 Exams for both grades will end on 27th September 2023. Students can check and download NBSE Phase 1 Date Sheet 2023 at nbsel.edu .in.
NBSE Class 8, 9 Question Papers for both phases
Examinations for 8th and 9th class subjects will be as per subject division and marks posted by the board on its website. NBSE has stated that it will provide examination papers for Class 9 examinations in all subjects to the respective schools.
“The board will provide the 8th grade question paper to all government schools, while the private schools will prepare their own question paper based on the design of the question paper posted on the portal and conduct the exam using the same routine for the 2023 8th grade exam.” The Nagaland Board stated.
According to the notification issued recently, the board had earlier uploaded the subject division of the syllabus for both the phases on its portal. NBSE has informed all principals and principals of all schools to “make students aware of the division in the syllabus for the two-phase examination.”

Private schools should send NBSE question papers by October 10, 2023
According to the administration, all the private schools will conduct the Class 8, Phase 1 exams as per the schedule. “Private schools will have to prepare question papers for class 8 for phase 1 as per the board guidelines and will have to send the question papers in pdf format to [email protected] by October 10, 2023, after the exams are conducted.” .
Nagaland Board Question Papers to be uploaded on NBSE portal
The board will upload the password file to its portal on September 16, 2023. Schools will need to log in and download a password file. The password protected PDF documents for the first phase exams will be uploaded on the NBSE portal the day before the exam at 10 am for each subject as per routine.
NBSE Nagaland Result 2024
Nagaland Board final results will be prepared by schools including internal assessment and consolidated marks of both phases with internal assessment will be submitted together to board office after completion of second phase examination.
