Narayanam’s daughter-in-law is one of the top 10 fashion designers in India. His younger son is a child prodigy, a two-time Guinness World Record holder, a World Memory Champion, the youngest person to obtain a double Master’s degree from Osmania University, and the youngest Chartered Accountant in India, having completed the Chartered Accountancy course at the age of 19.

He always ventures into new business areas to bring prosperity to Andhra Pradesh and provide adequate employment opportunities to the needy (more than 2,000 employees/workers in group companies and more than 22,000 farmers benefit from NCS Group).
NCS plans to enter into ‘0’ budget natural sugarcane cultivation by implementing various methods like conducting seminars/workshops training programmes and taking the help of Padmashree awardee and guru of Maharashtra agriculture field Dr. Subhash Palekar.
As a trustee on the TTD board, he was actively involved in various religious works and devoted himself wholeheartedly to “Maanavasevaye Madhava Seva”. Rao was always eager to implement some novel initiatives for the convenience of pilgrims. Hence, he launched new schemes/facilities like “Milk Scheme”, “Kalyanamasthu Scheme”, “Introduction of Online Booking” to enhance the comfort and convenience of devotees/pilgrims visiting Tirumala.
He played a key role in establishing SVBC multilingual/regional language channels for spreading Hindu Dharma which is now appreciated by all viewers/pilgrims across India and around the world.
Narayanam Nageswara Rao, founder of NCS Charitable Trust and NCS Foundation, was engaged in social work to provide peace and comfort to the poor. He helped to establish an old age home in Vizianagaram and ran an orphanage in Bobbili, providing them with permanent shelter and providing food and education to the poor.
He was a staunch supporter of the Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad, an organization dedicated to promoting the Indian traditions and precious values of Hinduism. He funded the construction of the “Ramanarayanam Srimadramayana Pranganam” in the town of Vizianagaram, a masterpiece designed in the shape of Lord Rama’s bow and arrow to spread the morals and values of Lord Rama and protect the standards of “Hindu Dharma”.
He has received various awards and appreciation from renowned national and international organizations for his business acumen and social and cultural activities. He is the Chairman of ISKCON (Advisory Committee, Abids, Hyderabad), former Chairman of SISMA (South Indian Sugar Mills Association) and a founding trustee of NCS Charitable Trust.
