Narayanam Nageswara Rao, founder of NCS Charitable Trust and NCS Foundation, was engaged in social work to provide peace and comfort to the poor. He helped to establish an old age home in Vizianagaram and ran an orphanage in Bobbili, providing them with permanent shelter and providing food and education to the poor.

He was a staunch supporter of the Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad, an organization dedicated to promoting the Indian traditions and precious values ​​of Hinduism. He funded the construction of the “Ramanarayanam Srimadramayana Pranganam” in the town of Vizianagaram, a masterpiece designed in the shape of Lord Rama’s bow and arrow to spread the morals and values ​​of Lord Rama and protect the standards of “Hindu Dharma”.
