A new crew of ambitious agents is ready to take over NYC in an exclusive first look for PEOPLE Sale of the city!
From the creator Selling Sunset and I am selling OCnew Netflix documentary (streaming Jan. 3) follows Douglas Elliman’s “no-nonsense, kicka–” agent Eleonore Srugo. In the first trailer, above, they battle for multimillion-dollar listings, navigate personal drama and try to make their own way in this “butcher’s world,” according to Netflix.
Srugo is the host of the series and a power player in Manhattan real estate. She achieved Douglas Elliman’s top sale of the year in New York ($75 million) in 2024 and was their number one agent in 2023.

In the first season of the eight-episode series, the native New Yorker will try to assemble her own team of top agents.
Featuring Jade Chan, Taylor Middleton, Jordyn Taylor Braff, Abigail Godfrey, Gisselle Meneses-Núñez, Justin Tuinstra and Steve Gold.

Chan, a sales director and new development specialist at DE, has been with the company for more than 10 years.
Specializing in the New York and Los Angeles real estate markets, Braff has experience in the entertainment industry, making her a premier Coastal sales agent.
Godfrey is known in DE for her down-to-earth approach to luxury real estate and has extensive rental experience.
Meneses-Nuñez has roots in real estate in New York and New Jersey.
Tuinstra has generated over $500 million in sales, as has Middleton — who was recently named “One to Watch” by DE.
Real Estate Reality TV Veteran, A million dollar listing alum Gold, joins the team from the Corcoran Group, which he founded Aquarium for sharks investor Barbara Corcoran in 2001.

Executive producer and creator Adam DiVello, who is also behind it Sale Sunset, teased what fans can expect from the new show in a statement to PEOPLE: “Much like Hills was yes City, this show will take viewers across the country and showcase the ultra-luxury real estate, fashion and, of course, relationships that are inherently unique to NYC. I can’t wait for you all to see it and fall in love with the city.”
