Nupur Shikhare is an Indian celebrity fitness trainer and consultant who specializes in aerobics and exercise and has been training former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen since 2008. He came into the limelight in 2020 when he started dating Ira Khan, the daughter of Bollywood celebrity Aamir Khan.

Nupur was keen on sports as a child, playing tennis from an early age and hoping to pursue a career in tennis. He is a national level tennis player. He worked briefly as an assistant director but soon resigned to pursue a career in fitness and training. The manager of the gym where Nupur used to exercise asked him to join as a trainer. Nupur used to hang out in Bandra, handing out his business card to upscale gyms and asking them to contact him if they had any vacancies. One day, he got Sushmita Sen’s contact number and texted her: “I am a fitness trainer and I want to train you”. On March 28, 2008, he started working as Senator Sushmita’s personal trainer.

He has extensive experience in fitness training including gymnastics training, circuit training, functional training, parkour, martial arts, capoeira, cross fitness and body weight training.
