Shweta started her career as a dancer and choreographer. She has participated in various TV dance reality shows like “Dance+ Season 6” (2021; Star Plus), “Dance Deewane” (2023; Colors) and “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa” (2023; Colors, Paras Kalnawat choreography).
In 2019, she worked as a choreographer at various events including Miss India and Lion Gold Awards. She has also organized various dance workshops in India.
In an interview, she said that she has worked as a choreographer for many Indian actors including Deepika Padukone, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Mouni Roy and Madhuri Dixit .

Previously, she won the titles of Miss Times Talent and Miss Fitness. Shweta participated in the 72nd Miss Universe pageant held in José Adolfo Pineda, San Salvador, El Salvador on November 18, 2023. She placed 20th in the competition. For the preliminary interview, she opted for a stylish ensemble consisting of chic trousers and a flowing tunic by Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna. Her ethnic costume features heavy embroidery with a dramatic train and lotus halo headdress, with the lower half showcasing a mystical golden peacock with handmade peacock feather embroidery. In the original evening gown presentation, she wore a navy blue tailored gown with gloves; the outfit was also designed by Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna. Finally, she opted for a sparkly fringed mini dress by Lavanya Coodly, which she paired with silver heels and an electric blue bag.
