Patrick Mahomes’ biggest fan might just be his daughter!
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, 29, played against the Houston Texans on Saturday, Dec. 21, and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, brought the entire family to Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, to cheer Patrick on.
Brittany, also 29, shared several live videos and photos from the match on her Instagram stories. The first featured a clip of the couple’s 3-year-old daughter, Sterling Skye, wearing a cozy white hat and Chiefs red long-sleeve T-shirt as she excitedly claps her hands as her father’s face appears on the Jumbotron. Sterling could also be seen giving her mom’s hand an adorable squeeze moments earlier as they sat in a suite at the stadium.

The Chiefs were expected to face a tough opponent in the game against the Texans and already suffered an unexpected setback earlier this week when Patrick was sidelined with an ankle injury during his team’s Dec. 15 game against the Cleveland Browns. It was unclear if the running back would be able to play in Saturday’s game, but Chiefs coach Andy Reid confirmed that Patrick will start on Thursday, Dec. 19, according to ESPN.

“I’ve been through it with him before,” Reid said, referring to Patrick’s overcoming previous injuries. “And he amazed me every time he did it. The guy, he was so mentally tough and he just put that in the mindset to go for it [from] where he was a few days ago.”
And it appears that betting on Patrick paid off: The Chiefs won their game on Dec. 21, defeating the Texans 27-19. This is their record for the 2024-2025 NFL season. is 14 wins and only one loss.
