Tessa Hilton is counting down the days until she welcomes her new addition.
On Thursday, Tessa (29), who is currently pregnant with her third child, shared a photo of her family of four from a recent maternity shoot on Instagram. Wearing a lacy nightgown and baring her stomach, the mom-to-be hugs her husband Barron Hilton with one arm.
Barron has one hand on his wife’s stomach and leans in to kiss her belly. To his right, their two children — son Caspian Barron, 15 months, and daughter Milou Alizée, 3½ — play with toys on the coffee table.
“Can’t wait to meet our newest baby boy 💙,” Tessa wrote in the caption.

Pregnant Tessa Hilton stripped to bare baby in new photo: ‘Patiently awaiting your arrival’
In September, Tessa shared a couple of family photos from the beach on Instagram, revealing her baby bump and the couple’s exciting baby news.
“Our third little angel is on the way!! 👼🏼🍼🤰🏼💙,” she captioned the snap.
Earlier that month, she shared a sweet tribute to her son on Instagram to celebrate his first birthday.
“Happy 1st birthday to our dear, smiling, sweetest, kindest and most charming little prince, Caspian. I’m so happy you chose me to be your mother 💙.”
Later that winter, Tessa took her two children to New York, along with sister-in-law Nicky Hilton and her two daughters Theodora “Teddy” Marilyn, 4, and Lily-Grace Victoria, 6.
Tessa shared several photos of their adventures on her Instagram Story, including Barron ice skating in Central Park with one of their children.
There was also a big ice cream party to celebrate Nicky’s daughter Teddy’s sixth birthday, and later Tessa and Nicky brought their kids to see the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall, a first for Tessa’s son Caspian.
Nicky and Tessa’s daughters posed together outside the venue, wearing adorable dresses for the special day.
