PRINCESS Kate revealed a painful hand injury during a prison visit.
Kate, who donned a navy tracksuit for a tour of HMP High Down in Surrey, was revealed to have injured her fingers while jumping on the trampoline.

She joked about her injured fingers, telling the couple it was her own fault for “jumping around on the trampoline”.
Kate flashed a mischievous look as a drug-sniffing dog gave her the all-clear during a visit to a prison – where she spoke to inmates struggling with addiction.
She sat on a chair and Penny, a black labrador, examined her as she followed security protocols to gain an understanding of the procedures followed by family and friends visiting inmates.

Kate said: “Amazing. It’s amazing, it’s very calm and controlled. It’s not scary.”
The visit came as sister-in-law Meghan briefly touched down in the UK before heading to Germany for the Invictus Games.

It’s not the first time the royal family has had band-aids on their hands.
She stepped out for her first engagement of 2020 with Prince William in Bradford, and was seen wearing a patch on her thumb.
A Kensington Palace spokesman said it was a “minor injury, nothing serious”.
Kate has previously spoken about jumping on the trampoline to keep fit with her children before school.
She told England’s wheelchair rugby team in January: “It’s running after the kids – I do everything, whenever I can squeeze in exercise, I even jump on the trampoline with my kids before school.”
Kate heard today about the efforts of The Forward Trust, which she is supporting as a patron ahead of Addiction Week.
She arrived at the prison with her brunette hair braided into flowing waves that framed her lightly made-up face.
The Princess of Wales teamed her navy blazer with a plain white top, adding a necklace with the initials of her three children – George, Charlotte and Louis.
It comes amid ongoing confusion over Meghan Markle’s role in the upcoming Invictus Games.
Prince Harry traveled to Dusseldorf to watch the multi-sport event on September 9.
Meanwhile, Meghan was pictured leaving LAX and is believed to have landed briefly at Heathrow on her way to Germany.
The theme of this year’s Addiction Week is “Everybody Knows Someone,” to highlight the wide range of people affected by addiction.
The princess accompanied the family on a routine visit to the category C men’s prison and young offenders’ institution, which houses around 1,100 inmates.
She heard about the impact this has on families and the recent efforts HMP High Down has put into practice to make the experience more positive, especially for children.
Prisoners working with The Forward Trust then spoke to Kate about their experiences and the support they receive from the charity and the prison.
The Forward Trust provides a range of services at HMP High Down, tailored to the needs of the men who live there.
They include The Bridge, an intensive abstinence-based program, Stepping Stones, a low- to moderate-intensity intervention for those whose alcohol or drug use is at harmful or addictive levels, and Family Ties, a workshop course aimed at rebuilding healthy communication and trust between loved ones .
Before leaving, Kate visited The Clink, an on-site restaurant that trains prisoners in catering, where she met ex-prisoners and Forward Trust alumni.
