Robert Pattinson Sells L.A. Home in Quiet Off-Market Deal After News He’s Expecting Baby with Suki Waterhouse

Robert Pattinson has said goodbye to his longtime home in LA amid some big personal news.

The actor, whose girlfriend Suki Waterhouse recently revealed the couple is expecting their first child together, has sold his one-time bachelor home in an off-market deal, PEOPLE confirms.

The buyer was represented by Chase Rogers of The Beverly Hills Estates and The Robb Report was the first to report the sale.

In November, Waterhouse took the stage at the Corona Capital Festival in Mexico and surprised the crowd by sharing the news. In a fan-made video posted on x (ex-Twitter), Waterhouse, wearing a sparkly pink minidress, said: “I’m extra sparkly today because I thought it might distract you from something else going on.”

She proceeded to open her coat to reveal her baby bump as the crowd cheered. “I’m not sure if it works,” she added jokingly.

The model and the singer are dating Batman actor for more than five years. They were first romantically linked in July 2018, when a source told PEOPLE they were “dating” after they were spotted putting on the PDA while out in London together.

The two-bedroom, two-bath, nearly 2,000-square-foot home still features the terra cotta floors and beamed ceilings typical of the style.

Outside there is a brick patio with a trellised outdoor dining area, as well as a small grass lawn and a shaded in-ground pool.

There is also a large wooden gate at the end of the driveway and a hedge bordering the plot, providing extra privacy for the A-list resident.

The outdoor breeze runs the length of the house, allowing for seamless indoor and outdoor living.

Inside, design highlights include ornately carved wooden doors, skylights and dramatic arched doorways.

Rob reports that the actor bought the house nearly a decade ago for $2.2 million and has since purchased another, more expensive property in the Los Angeles area.
