Shine Pandey was born on Wednesday 02 August 2000 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (age 23; until 2023). His zodiac sign is Leo. After reaching the eighth grade standard, he attended our own Al Warqa High School. He then moved to India where he completed the remainder of his studies at Fiitjee Junior College, Narayanguda, Hyderabad. He coached for four years at the Fiitjee Coaching Center in Hyderabad, India and eventually attended the Indian Institute of Technology. In 2018, he came to Mumbai to pursue a diploma in acting.

- In 2018, Shine Pandey decided to enter the entertainment industry. For this, he came to Mumbai and joined an acting school called Anupam Kher. Since joining acting classes, he has explored many new things and started a new chapter in his life. He completed his Diploma in Acting in 2018.
- Shine is a smoker and is often seen smoking on various occasions.
- Before playing the role of an IIT student in the web drama UP65, he was preparing for admission to IIT in real life. He trained as a coach at the Fiitjee Coaching Center in Hyderabad, India, preparing for almost four years. Unfortunately, he failed the exam because his JEE score was more than 500,000.
- Shine said the real-life dormitory life helped him familiarize himself with the role of Nishant Kumar in the web series UP65, in which he plays an IITian character.
- In an interview, Shane said that when he was at school, he was a backbencher and one of the naughtiest boys in his class.
- Initially, Shine was not interested in auditioning for the role of Nishant in the web series UP65. Then he was called by the producer to audition. Three months later in December 2021, he finalized the role of Nishant.
