Shivani Sen started her career in 2001 as a technical support executive at EXL Service, a management consulting firm in New Delhi. She left the company after more than two years. In 2003, she worked as a Senior Technical Support Executive at HCL Tech in Noida for almost a year. In the same year, she joined vCustomer Corporation in New Delhi as a team leader. She worked there for nearly a year and left the company in 2004. In 2020, she started working as Public Relations Director at Zytech Solar India in Hyderabad, Telangana. She worked there for nearly a year and left the company in 2021.
