Horrified onlookers watched in shock as the 36-year-old crashed her car into another vehicle during the road rage.
The footage then shows a member of staff trying to ease the dramatic ordeal, but Dale knocks her down and runs over her leg.
Newcastle Crown Court has now heard that the accused was on her way to pick up her son when the chaos ensued.
The disturbing footage shows the mum-of-five fleeing the scene as members of the public rush to the Asda worker’s aid.
Dale was sentenced to three years and three months in prison and three years and three months behind bars. She appeared for the sentencing on July 31.
Judge Gavin Doig told her: “The offenses stem from an incident on February 8 this year. I have seen CCTV footage of that incident.
“You were in the ASDA car park in Wallsend. Apparently there was an argument.
“The altercation outside attracted the attention of security. (The victim) had no idea she was about to suffer the injury she was about to suffer from you.
“You came in your Audi, you crashed your vehicle into another vehicle. Fortunately, there was no damage to that car or anyone in or around it.
– Then you went in reverse and drove towards a group of people who were on the road.

“What started as a completely normal day for me turned into a nightmare and months of pain.
“Every day I wake up in pain.
“Then there’s the emotional part and the mental part. It affected me everywhere I went.
“It’s hard for me to be in a car when others are too close or smashing too hard. I’m also triggered by loud cars.
“Now I’m in fear and I’m afraid I’ll get hurt again and it’s because of you.”
The court heard she was also diagnosed with PTSD.
Dale, of Lambourne Avenue, Longbenton, North Tyneside, who has one conviction as a juvenile, pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm by dangerous driving, dangerous driving and failing to stop after an accident.
She was also banned from driving for three years after being released from custody.
Penny Hall, mitigating, said: “Before she got to the car park she got a pretty panicked call from her son. She was worried about what might happen to him.
“She wanted to make sure he was safe and bring him home.
“When she got to the ASDA car park, people surrounded him.
“She did not go there with the intention of harming anyone. She accepts that she caused harm and injury to the complainant for which she regrets it. She is sorry that it happened and asked me to express that.
“It obviously wasn’t her intention, but she accepts driving the way she did when she arrived, that’s what happened.
“She has five children, from toddlers to teenagers.
“She has been in custody since her arrest, which is now almost six months. She has no intention of returning to the area where she was before.”
