Meri Brown found happiness after heartbreak.
After revealing in December that her marriage with Sister wives‘ Kody Brown is over, Meri, 52, posted a slideshow on Instagram on Friday inviting positivity into her life
“Bring joy, bring fun, bring success! Happiness is a good feeling!” she captioned the post, adding “#WorthyUp” and “#GreatnessBeginsToday.”

Meri told PEOPLE last month that her “life is good” today.
“I am successful in business. I have another really exciting project waiting for me. There are good people around me. I have a great support system,” she said. “Things are good.”
The TLC star admitted that jealousy played a role in the breakdown of her marriage to Kody, 54.
“Every time you expand your family, there will be changes,” Meri said. “You just have the logistical stuff, but you also have the emotional stuff. I’m a man. I will get jealous. He is a man. He won’t know how to deal with female jealousy.”
Meri believes she and Kody weren’t mature enough to handle polygamy when it started.
“When you’re 20, 21, 25, 30, whatever, when this happens, you’re not old enough,” she said. “You think you are, but sometimes you really aren’t old enough. Or maybe it’s less about being mature enough and more about just not having the tools in your tool belt to know how to deal with some of these issues.”
Throughout the year, Meri has been open on social media about managing life after the end of her 32-year marriage.
“It’s time to create an updated version of myself, and in doing so, I’m not afraid to retreat into myself from time to time as I learn, create, and become, all new parts of me,” she wrote on Instagram in August.

Earlier in the summer, Meri told her TikTok followers that she worked on “having the courage to be honest and authentic with myself, to be able to do and say the things that I know I need to because in the end, when you trust yourself and act on that trust, it will give you more power in the long run.”
Meri and Kody’s marriage never fully recovered after her catfishing scandal and ended around the same time Janelle Brown broke things off with Kody. Christine Brown announced her separation from Kody in November 2021; Robyn Brown is currently Kody’s only wife.

Despite the fact that many of the sisters-in-law have gone their separate ways, Meri told PEOPLE that she has maintained a relationship with them.
“I’m really, really, really glad for the connections I still have within the family,” she said, “and I’m glad for the people who have connections with each other.”
