STRICTLY winner Ellie Leach and professional dancer Vito Coppola have finally broken their silence about their romance and “intense chemistry”.
On Saturday night, Coronation Street star Ellie, 22, beat West End star Layton and EastEnders actor Bobby Brazier to claim the top spot after three long months of training.

Ellie and professional partner Vito Coppola joined Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle on ITV’s This Morning on Monday morning.
The soap star looked over the moon as she clutched her Glitterball Trophy tightly in her arms as she finally addressed the romance rumours.
Craig asked the pair: “It’s so intense out there and you’re so in that bubble of training, how do you suddenly stop. How do you do it?”
Ellie replied: “I don’t know how I’m going to feel. I woke up this morning and said ‘Oh, I don’t have any more training’.”

Vito interjected, “Don’t worry, I’ll call you, we can warm up a little bit,” to which Ellie said, “I’m trying to take a break for Christmas, and he’s going to ring me, like ‘Hi, do you want to warm up now? We can do a few movement’.”
Vito said, “We’ll never stop, we’ll keep dancing.”
Josie then asked the question we were all desperate to know.
The Bristol host said: “I have to ask because the chemistry between you two is magical. We saw you on that dance floor and it was so beautiful to watch. Is there romance between you two.”
“Are the rumors true or not?”
Ellie laughed and replied, “Honestly, we just had an amazing time dancing and built a really strong bond and friendship that will last forever.”
Vito also reiterated, “We have a really nice relationship, a good relationship. When you see a person and you immediately connect with the person.
“I am the first impression and when we met, we had the feeling that we had known each other for so long.
“I’m so lucky to have you in my life.”
Craig seemed to read between the lines and said, “There’s 100 percent romance, 100 percent…I can see it.”
Ellie and Vito quickly exclaimed, “No, no.”
The soap star then added: “We’ve been through so much together, we’ve spent every day together for the last three months. So we’re really, really lucky to have this relationship that we have and we’re going to be friends for life.”
It came after fans spotted Ellie whispering a sweet four-word message to her pro partner Vitt during the show’s finale.
On Saturday night, hosts Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly announced that Ellie had won, and the soap star immediately burst into tears.
Crying happy tears, Ellie said, “I actually honestly can’t believe this.”
Turning to her professional partner Vito Coppola, who was in tears, she said: “For once you cry more than I do.”
She then pointed to the Glitterball trophy and whispered to Vito, “This is for you.”
The poignant words left the Italian pro emotional and he replied: “I mean this is like the icing on the cake, all the bruises and blisters, you’ve been so amazing, you’re Strictly.
“You represent Strictly. You are a diamond, you shine.”
We previously reported that the couple had “put their romance on ice” to focus on rehearsals for their final three endings.
However, during the opening Paso Doble on Saturday they kissed – leaving fans in awe.
Ellie and Vito chose Jennifer Lopez Megamix in the Show Dance category, and the second time they tried American Smooth to Ain’t That A Kick In The Head by Robbie Williams.
They also performed 2WEI’s Paso Doble to Insomnia – the judges’ choice – but not without Vito kissing Ellie on the cheek.
