- Al-Ghannam started his career in Al-Qadsiah’s youth teams. Al-Ghannam signed his first professional contract with the club on 22 January 2019. On 19 April 2019, he made his first team debut in a 2–0 defeat against Al-Batin.
- Al-Ghannam signed a contract extension with Al-Qadsiah on 19 August 2019, keeping him at the club until 2024. Al-Ghannam left his boyhood club on 29 January 2020 to sign a 5-year contract with Pro League champions Al – Nasr.
