The The Real Housewives of Orange County The 56-year-old star shared a behind-the-scenes look as she gave two arm tattoos.
In a clip posted to her Instagram Story on Friday, Judge can be seen lying in a tattoo parlor as an artist works on the inside of her right wrist. She tagged Laguna Beach tattoo artist Rick Coury in the post.

On her next slide, Judge showed the finished results — a small black cross representing her Christian faith, along with four dots in honor of her children, Ryan, 37, Sidney, 25, Spencer, 23, and Sophia, 18.

A subsequent slide revealed that she had a second tattoo on her forearm, this one in honor of her and husband Eddie Judge’s wedding anniversary. The date June 15 is written in cursive script on the design.
While Judge is embracing new body ink, she removed the tattoo back in 2020. Then she admitted on Facebook that it was a painful process.
“I just had a tattoo removed at Dr. Kirby’s (Dr. tattoff) office…..feels like someone blew a blowtorch on my finger and back again….YAY! think about it 10 times before you get a tattoo” , she said she called her fans.

Judge Tamra hospitalized for intestinal obstruction: ‘I pray I won’t need surgery’
The judge is recovering after a health scare in October. The reality star was hospitalized after stomach pains that led to her being diagnosed with an intestinal obstruction. She posted a photo of herself in a hospital bed at the time, writing: “I’m praying I don’t have to have surgery.”
A few days later, Judge shared the positive news, as well as more details about her health. In a video message posted on X (formerly known as Twitter), she thanked her fans for all their well wishes before explaining that she fell ill in Scotland while filming the second season Traitors.

“About four weeks ago, I got really sick in Scotland,” she said. “I passed. It was hard, but I came home and continued to have very serious stomach cramps.”

After being evaluated at the hospital, she found out she had a bowel obstruction – but luckily she was able to avoid going to the operating room.
“Basically, I’ve had a lot of abdominal surgery for my intestinal problems that I’ve had over the years and there’s scar tissue, so luckily they were able to put a tube in my nose and suction for 24 hours and I didn’t have to have surgery,” she explained.
She added that she “hopes it won’t happen again” and that she will be able to go home soon.

While RHOC finished its 17th season in October, The Judge will return to the small screen in January when Traitors begins its second season. The trailer for the psychological reality series Peacock, hosted by actor Alan Cumming, teases even “bigger stakes” and “diabolical twists” as celebrity contestants compete for a $250,000 prize.
Apart from Judge, the cast consists of Dancing with the stars for Maksim Chmerkovskiy, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Shereé Whitfield, Trishelle Cannatella (of Real World: Las Vegas ) and Sunset Chess Mercedes star “MJ” Javid.
