Taylor Swift Fan Says She's 'Not Okay' After Superstar Wears Vintage Chiefs Jacket She Sold on eBay: 'Can't Make This Up'

A lifelong love of the Kansas City Chiefs has paid off for one Taylor Swift fan.

A TikTok user named Court shared in a video that she believes the pop star’s stylist bought her Chiefs jacket online, and that Swift wore it to the team’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday, Nov. 4.

“So Taylor Swift wore my old jacket to the Chiefs game tonight,” Court said at the beginning of the video.

The “Fortnight” singer made a special appearance at the game in a vintage-style black leather varsity jacket that featured Chiefs colors and motifs, including a large arrow logo on the back and red and gold detailing on the sleeves. She paired it with a black top, black Agolde shorts and $2,195 Christian Louboutin Santia Botta high boots.

Court explained in her TikTok video that her mother initially thought the jacket Swift was wearing was similar to one she once owned, and recalled that they sold the jacket on eBay. She said her dad eventually confirmed that they had sold the jacket and shipped it to California from Kansas City.

“I’m a longtime Swiftie — I’m talking like I’ve been for almost 20 years — and even I don’t know her stylist’s name, which is who bought the jacket,” Court said.

“So we checked and double-checked and not only is it the exact same jacket, but in the pictures that we listed on eBay, you can see, like, the bandage on it and you can see the exact same bandage in the picture of him wearing it” , she explained. “I can’t make this up.”

She also showed a picture of the eBay listing, which shows it was purchased for $169, though she didn’t say when Swift’s stylist was able to purchase the item. She also said she would share some photos of herself wearing the jacket – in a size small – from when she was younger.

“Thank you to Taylor’s stylists for buying the jacket,” Court concluded her video. “As a lifelong Chiefs fan and ‘Super Swiftie,’ this is the best thing that has ever happened to me!”

Swift attended the Chiefs game with her mom Andrea and younger brother Austin by her side to cheer on the team and her boyfriend Travis Kelce. As they entered the Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium, they waved to fans cheering for the singer.

The Grammy winner’s appearance at Monday night’s game was her first appearance in about a month. She previously watched the reigning Super Bowl champions take on the New Orleans Saints at Arrowhead on Oct. 7.

A little over a week later, she continued her Eras Tour in Miami, performing three nights at Hard Rock Stadium before playing a trio of shows in New Orleans. On Sunday, November 3, she completed the last of her three nights in Indianapolis. Her Eras tour is set to continue next week in Toronto.
