AN ABUSIVE teacher has admitted having sex with a boy after wearing “tight leggings and low-cut tops” to show off her figure.
Hailey Clifton-Carmack, 26, deliberately wore very revealing clothing and left “scratches” on a student she slept with, court documents reveal.

The school management repeatedly told the mother of two children that she was “too close to the students”.
But the former math teacher has now admitted to having sex with a 16-year-old student at Laquey High School in Missouri.
Classmates were said to have acted as “lookouts” as the sordid affair took place during school hours.
On December 23, Hailey fled to visit family in Texas after hearing the allegations from police, which she initially denied.
The affair is believed to have led to Hailey’s divorce being “pushed through” after witnesses showed police photos believed to show scratch marks down the student’s back after sex in his driveway.
District Superintendent Kent Stoumbaugh said, “The alleged misconduct is inexcusable and falls short of professional standards for district employees.
“The district took immediate action as soon as we became aware of this situation.”
“The employee has not been with the district since December 8, 2023 and we do not expect her to return.”
Stoumbaugh also commented that this was Hailey’s first teaching job, which she held for a year and a half.
The allegations first surfaced on December 7.
She was then arrested on January 5 and charged with sexual contact with a student, second-degree statutory rape, endangering the welfare of a child and child abuse.
According to court documents, search warrant texts were found on Hailey’s phone showing an affair between her and her student.
In the meantime, a plea agreement was signed, dismissing charges of criminal sexual intercourse with a student for crimes that occurred between November and December 2023.
The victim’s father, Mark Creighton, allegedly knew his son was involved in an intimate relationship.
Mark said they were “going to do it behind my back, so I might as well let it happen,” according to prosecutors.
Mark “knew of the relationship between his minor child and the 26-year-old teacher, and instead of reporting the information, he continued to cover for them and allowed the relationship to continue” and “even allowed Hailey to come to his house and see the victim while she was present,” according to prosecutors.
He was also reportedly aware of the vantage points Hailey used during her and his son’s meetings.
He faces felony charges for approving the alleged illicit relationship, but according to Pulaski County Prosecutor Kevin S. Hillman, his trial is “on hold” until Hailey’s.
