Hollywood is officially on hold after the Screen Actors Guild and the Television Arts Federation of America went on strike this week. After deliberation in Los Angeles, unions launched the action after becoming frustrated that their demands for fair pay and work were not being met by industry executives and bosses. Lisa Marie Presley’s cause of death has been revealed, six months after her death. The daughter of the late King of Rock and Roll and Priscilla Presley died of complications from a small bowel obstruction, according to the LA medical examiner’s office. Testers say obstructions can generally lead to disruption of blood flow to the intestines and possibly death. The report also states that Lisa complained of abdominal pain in the months leading up to her death. At the time, it was reported that the actress died of cardiac arrest when she died at a Los Angeles hospital in January, at the age of 54.
