Eammonn puts his hand around Katie. She smiled and kissed him on the cheek.
It is a cordial scene and I was relieved when Eammonn looks so happy after a year of health troubles and personal torment.

I met GB News Emonna presenter almost ten years ago after working with him this morning at ITV, where I secured their weekly showbiz round-up.
He has always been incredibly generous and encouraging, one of the most beautiful men to showbusions, mentoring me as I moved from a reporter to the editor of the showbiz to the national newspaper.
Because of this, I was deeply sad when I endured Emonn for a year of hell in 2024, while his health worsened after three sliding disks, spine surgery, a bad case of shingles and multiple falls.
The one who led to the bone protruding from his shoulder and forces him to heartily miss his mother’s funeral.
And of course he separated from his long -term wife, Ruth Langsford.
His world was truly falling apart.
A few months later it appeared that he was in a relationship with advisor Katie Alexander-mam of three who also suffered a recent, painful break.
The couple abused and persecuted internet trolls.

Recently, Eammonn was named a “problematic manufacturer” who is now on TV executives Z List after spoke against the behavior of Phillip Schofield with a younger employee of ITV.
There were wild stories that the couple moved together and wanted to break their romance in front of a loose woman Ruth, as if living some lavish, comprehensive teenage romance.
Well, I can discover that this cannot be beyond the truth.
When I hang out with pair at the Irish Post awards in November, it is clear that the supervision that their relationship faced took over their toll – Katie is close to tears, because it tells me about the threats of death she suffered after the news of their relationship was published .
Eammonn puts a brave face, but I can say it’s not common for him.

“We got into the back door,” he says, half smiling, “so that our photo not taken. Katie put me inside.”
When I convince them, our conversation is off, the mood illuminates and we laugh at how ridiculous the showbiz world can be, how indented from reality, how cruel party can be about a situation they don’t know about.
He tells me, “It was a difficult year and I would be glad to see the back of it.
“But there are many things to be grateful to and I hope my health will improve next year.”
By this point, the couple had been away from the party showbiz, not wanting to be disrespectful to Ruth. And that is still central in the way they lead their lives.

Eammonn has a great deal of respect for Ruth – the mother of his 22 -year -old son Jack – and Nada and believes that one day I can be friends.
The former few days of daytime television announced that they would divorce after 14 years of marriage in May – Ruth’s friends told me that communication between Para had bent all low time.
And she did not talk about the disintegration of the marriage, maintaining dignified silence, while supported by friends, including Coleen Nolan and Rylan.
The couple first met in 1996 before married in 2010 and left a series of shows, including this morning.
When I worked this morning at the delivery of their showbiz -Eammonn was always available to give me tips and told me to move on despite my TV terror live.
Secret personal pain in the heart
Yes, he could still have an opinion, but that’s what makes him so fun.
At a time when people have to look at what they say, he is a breath of fresh air.
And on this cold, winter night at the Irish Post awards, I see a couple who are very comfortable together and have given each other immense support in the last year, as they both prevail breaks and trying to forge new life trails.
Katie suffered her own personal pain as she separated from her husband and father of her two children in 2022.
Last year, reports claimed that Eamonn and Katie moved together.
But the truth is a sad, solitary affair – especially for Eammonna, who lives alone in the southwest of London – 200 miles away from Katie based in the small town of Mirfield West Yorkshire.
The couple are definitely seen every few weeks – which is simply not enough for any of them.

Katie has high school children and is naturally dedicated to them and their needs as teenagers.
She also has her full -time career that demanded her time.
Add everything that Emonn’s disability means that he just can’t jump on the train.
They enjoyed cruising around the Mediterranean in May, where Katie was seen by Wheeling Eamonn on the ferry.
Katie’s Testament of Silence
But future holidays are on hold because it is too difficult for GB News Voduner in its condition.
The health of the 65-year-old is so terrible that “he can no longer walk or look after himself.”
Operation back in 2022 for a sliding disk and double hip replacement in 2016. It means that he is unable to walk without help.
Now he is increasingly relied on a wheelchair and admits at the beginning of the year that he may never walk again.

However, the couple remains optimistic, and although their common time is limited, they both believe that the time they have together is appreciated and valuable.
After repeatedly approaching him with an interview, with big salaries offered, Katie refuses to talk about life with Eamonn.
After the abuse received by most women, she would go mile, but Katie stuck her man.
This is something Eammonn will never forget and is one of the many reasons why I think they are both in it a long way.
