Travis Scott Released a T-Shirt with His Mugshot and 'It's Miami' Quote from Recent Arrest

Hours after his arrest in Miami on Thursday, June 20, Travis Scott released a T-shirt with his photo on it.

The top, currently available on the 33-year-old rapper’s merch page, is a black crewneck with a mugshot front and center. It also includes the phrase “It’s Miami” in quotation marks, which is something Scott said to officers after his arrest, according to the official police report.

Scott calls this item the “Free the Rage Tee” and it’s priced at $35. The website also states that a portion of the proceeds will go to the Cactus Jack Foundation, a non-profit organization that seeks to “empower and enrich the lives of young people by providing access to education and creative resources to ensure long-term success,” according to its website.

According to public records, the rapper (born Jacques Bermon Webster II) was arrested in Miami-Dade County, Florida at 4:35 a.m. local time on charges of disorderly drinking and trespassing after a warning.

The deposit totaled $650, and records show the deposit was made on Thursday.

“Mr. Scott was briefly detained due to a misunderstanding,” his attorney, Bradford Cohen, said in a statement. “There was no physical confrontation and we thank the authorities for cooperating with us in finding a quick and amicable solution.”

Miami Beach Police officials tell PEOPLE that Scott was arrested around 1:44 a.m. following the incident at the Miami Beach Marina, located at 300 Alton Road.

In an arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE, officers say they found Scott “yelling at persons on board” after authorities were notified of a fight on the yacht.

“The police officers came into contact with [Scott] to conduct an investigation,” the affidavit states. “The police officers asked the defendant to sit down, at which point [he] sat down temporarily, then began to stand up steadily, ignoring the officer’s orders. Throughout the interaction, officers at the scene could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from the defendant’s breath.”

The prosecutor did not press charges, but requested that Scott leave the ship. During the walk to the boardwalk, authorities wrote, the rapper “walked backwards yelling obscenities at the passengers on the vessel.”

He left the area but returned to the yacht “about 5 minutes later” and, according to police, “resumed shouting, becoming erratic, disturbing the peace of the marina residents and nearby apartment buildings, causing public disturbance.”

The rapper was then arrested and taken to the Miami Beach Police Department. Police claimed he “later admitted to drinking alcohol and stated, ‘It’s Miami.'”

Sources familiar with the matter told PEOPLE, “There was no physical altercation with anyone.”

“This was a wild party and Travis has already been bailed for several hundred dollars. He’s already home,” they added. “No further action will be taken as it was a minor incident similar to receiving a ticket with no injuries.”
