Treat died tragically on June 12 after a motorcycle accident. He is survived by his wife, actress Pam Van Sant, and their two children, Gill (31) and Ellie.
Among the photos Ellie shared was of her smiling as she rested her head on her father’s chest as they sat together on the couch and one of them in an embrace as they stood next to the dining room table.
The father-daughter duo wore matching black sunglasses as they sat outside at the restaurant in one throwback shot, while a more recent photo showed the pair posing together at a Hallmark Channel event.

Throwback photos of Treat with Ellie as a toddler were also shared in the post, including one of her sitting on her dad’s lap on the stairs and another of her just walking on her dad’s shoulders.
Two other adorable throwback images showed a young Ellie joining Treat on stage for the production and sitting on his lap in his dressing room while he wore elaborate face paint. The latest photo shows the late actor smiling while sitting on a wheelchair outdoors.
The touching announcement comes after Ellie, Gill and Williams’ wife Van Sant, whom he married in 1988, spoke to PEOPLE this week about dealing with the loss of Treat.

“I think because of the suddenness of it — there was absolutely no preparation — so I think I’m still struggling with the fact that it happened and that he’s really, really gone,” she said.
Williams’ son Gill added to PEOPLE that it’s a strange feeling to know his father is “actually gone,” but he’s grateful to see that he “left behind this beautiful legacy.”
“I think you are very lucky if your parent is an artist – especially when [the artist] is just as fruitful as he is, because you can, in many ways, continue to be with them through that art,” he explained.
Meanwhile, Ellie noticed that her father knew the value of those closest to him.
“His family was what he always said [he’d be remembered for],” she said.
