Trisha Paytas made it Saturday night live debut.
On Saturday, Dec. 7, the 36-year-old social media influencer made a surprise appearance on the sketch comedy show — joining host Paul Mescal and several cast members, including Bowen Yang, in a sketch about Spotify Wrapped.
In the skit, Paytas appeared as herself in the podcast titled Awakeningswhich Mescal’s character Myron highlighted as his most listened to podcast on his Spotify Wrapped. She and Awakenings host Satoshi Gutman (played by Yang), then surprised Myron and his friends (played by Andrew Dismukes, Ego Nwodim and Sarah Sherman) during a housewarming party.

Paytasa’s cameo lasted less than a minute before she later appeared at the closing moment of the show.
Afterwards, fans pointed out that Paytas previously expressed her desire to be on the show more than three years ago – when her ex Enemies Podcast co-host Ethan Klein claimed he would remove her limb if she ever made it on the show.
During an April 2021 episode of the now-defunct podcast, which was restarted by multiple TikTok users after Paytas SNL Klein said he would “rather die” than be on the show, while Paytas said he would “be on it.”
“If you continue Saturday night liveI will — what is something really valuable that I can put on the line? I’m going to cut off my arm,” Klein said. “The whole arm.”

After Paytas told Klein he didn’t want to take his hand off him, he repeated what he called his “threat” at the time, adding: “If you continue SNLI’ll cut my fucking arm off.”
Paytas also previously mentioned NBC’s 2020 TikTok show, where she could be seen pretending to be a host SNL while his opening song played in the background. “I host SNL this weekend because the internet is really showing me so much love right now,” her caption read.

Paytas’ SNL The stint comes just a month after she appeared at the film’s Los Angeles premiere Wickedand three months after she and her daughter Malibu Barbie wore their own Glinda combo.
Back in August, the influencer and her now 2-year-old daughter could be seen in an Instagram post trying on their own pink, sparkly dresses inspired by Ariana Grande’s character in the blockbuster. In the video, Paytas showed the dress to Malibu and asked if she wanted to “try it on,” before the pair had a sweet mother-daughter dress-up moment.
Paytas announced the birth of her second daughter, Elvis, earlier this year. She shares her two children with her husband, Moses Hacmon.
