Vaibhav Sisinty started his career at the age of 19 by creating a website “Discovery Android” which reached the milestone of one million views. However, his luck didn’t last long and the site was forced to shut down due to a Google ban. He then became interested in growth marketing. In his second year of engineering, Vaibhav founded ‘CrazyHeads’, a digital marketing agency focused on providing online branding solutions. At a young age, he led a team of more than a dozen people. Vaibhav was named the ‘Fastest Emerging Digital Media Startup of the Year’ for the rapid growth of ‘CrazyHeads’. However, his thirst for adventure led him to leave CrazyHeads in 2015 to join Uber. As an outstanding growth hacker, Vaibhav also assisted Uber in entering the business industry.
Vaibhav Sisinty’s most notable achievements began as CEO of GrowthSchool during the 2020 pandemic. While working for several businesses, Sisinty began to see the gap between traditional schooling and the dynamic demands of the service industry. Sisinty empowers individuals to keep up with industry trends and develop skills to drive their growth by providing crash courses to all ambitious entrepreneurs, specifically in Performance Marketing in India. He talked about the importance of business in his life, saying:
